Year 9&10 students start the year with a calm mind

Year 9&10 students participated in fun-filled activities to refresh, inspire and calm both their mind and body during the annual Health and Wellbeing Day.  The girls heard from The Butterfly Foundation about how to attain a positive body image and Brad Felsted delivered his Power of Sleep program to motivate students to get more sleep as well as delivering a session on Mindfulness to help our students cope better with their busy lives and the pressure of exams. The day concluded with a session of Yoga. Students are now looking forward to implementing the many strategies they learnt today to optimise their success at school and beyond.
